BAXI SOLO2 STARTS BUT WIL NOT RUN FULL POWER?

Just moved in new house and baxi solo2 boiler is powered up and when called for, the fan runs , the pilot light is on but it does not go on to full power and no hot water. Just keeps running on the fan.

check pilot large enough. sounds like gas valve need voltage tester to check electric to valve
