I have a saunier duval isofast f 28e ?

The boiler works fine but when you call for hot water when the heating is on it will supply hot water but stops the heating supply even after hot water has ended. To activate heating again the boiler mode button has to be pressed between settings back to heating. Any ideas would be welcome.
