How can I fix the Dial on my washer/dryer?

I have a Tricity Bendix Washer/Dryer 1240W. The dial that controls the cycle usually clicks into place but now just spins around and around without clicking and selecting a cycle, so I cant choose a cycle and cant use the machine.Any ideas on how to fix it?
