ford fiesta finesse w reg 1.3 petrol?

8 times out of 10 when i go to start my car it screaches upto 4 time of every turn of the key then it will start ive changed the starter motor and still get the problem somebody told me flywheel. can anyone help?

abit worn but not major maybe a brand new starter off the shelf may work ?
