ZWD14581W1 makes a noise when drying?

My Zanussi ZWD14581W1 (washer/dryer) makes a grinding noise when drying. The noise appears after about 10mins of drying. I've checked the drum bearings and they appear to be ok. I suspect the problem lies with the dryer fan motor. Can anyone help?

dryer fan motor.lid off find fan rear right looking from front.remove belt from fan try spinning pulley/fan.if its noisy that's the issue
