something happened & now the pedal handle-release doesn't function properly, seems as if something is broke inside and the pedal doesn't have to be pushed now to lower the handle, so if I want to tilt the machine back & roll it to another room, I can't..... ??? everything else seems to still work fine.... I'm wondering if it can be repaired or if I will have to buy a new one?
