What is this warning light?

Hi I have a ford Ka 1.3 diesel (2011) and after filling up with diesel this morning a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle has appeared on the dashboard..the car is 1 yr old and has done approx 4500 miles
Any ideas??
