all the lights are on on my control panel?

all lights are lit up on panel, tried to reset it but buttons arent responding, no noises when they are pressed.....had a new front door fitted, security blocks were loosened and put onto new door frame.....help

Panel tripped out as well due to a old battery.

What is the panel ( Scantronic?)
