Whilst the freezer is still on it is not staying at -18 temp and getter warmer to -10. Quick freeze makes the freezer go back to -18 but then after a day stops working and temp goes back to -10.
I have emptied and turned the freezer off and back on again. Temp still seems to be 8 - 9
