f & P washing machine will not spin drain?

my top loader f & P washing machine will not spin or drain i think something is blocked

This has been answered many times before. It will not spin until all the water drains out first. Put it on final spin, press start and listen. If you can hear a humming noise down low it is the drain pump trying to go. It will have a blockage.
