Drivers rh side lower of dash is fuse box but is in 2 pos 3 sections for fuses & relays,most comon falt is lumes to the doors pull rubber back and check for broken wires.i think the relays biult in to

its an s reg 1999 2.3 ghia petrol front and rear windows not far back ones they manual.was told its under one of the seats but can only find petrol cut off switch under passengers,and two fuzes under drivers.
