Help!!!! we are new to caravaning and been away for our first weekend, and the toilet won't flush. We have checked the fuse in the cassette area below, and notice that when pressing the flush button the bathroom light dims, there is no noise or humming from the unit. It appears that the unit was already full of water when we went to fill it for the first time. can anyone help please:)

sounds like pumps jamed find it turn it upside down and turn the impeller if you can see it slowly with a small screwdriver either way until if feels free. replace try don't try when its out of the water as it will damage the pump. Alterantive it may need replacing by lights dimming you know current is reaching the pump. follow this for repair inst there free
