How can i fix my Baxi Eco 80?

I have a Baxi Eco 80 boiler,sometimes not always whilst running hot water my radiators heat up whilst the heating is turned off.

3 way valve{divertor]
DHW differential valve
plate heat exchanger
any 1,2 or all 3 components could be blocked or seized
only way tell for sure is to open it up & have a look
