Flavel fan oven, fan works but no heat-help?

The fan oven was on and after some time the house fuse was blown. When the fuse was sorted the fan then worked but no heat was produced.

Probably the element, would of taken fuse out as it went, internal open cct. check with a meter, with the unit disconnected, and the fuse pulled out
