The freezer became very solid with ice such that the bottom shelf could not be opened. The freezer then defrosted itself and now the fridge is not cold enough and neither is the freezer. It is probably 8 years old so maybe it has had its day. Not sure how long one can expect these to last. it is a Samsun RL33 SB.
