how can i fix my zanussi jetstream 1600?

the drum does not rotatae i have tried manually but seems to be stcuk at one place can it be fixed or do i chuck the machine out it is only 2 years old

check with a torch all the way around the front tub between the stainless inner drum and the rubber door gasket for something jammed in it
