Changing Bosch oven light?

My dad managed to change the lower bulb which was a screw turn as you've all explained but says he couldn't change the top light. Do you simply lift the cover with a screwdriver or something?

Glass cover over bulb unscrews but is usually very tight to turn there is a special tool to unscrew it if it wont budge. Cheers
