You have not provided anywhere near enough information to provide a fix.
At a bare minimum:
State the Humax recorder model e.g. 8000T, 9200T, 9150T, 9300T, HD-FOX-T2, HDR-FOX-T2 or DTR-T1000.
If the freezing allows it state the software version that is listed on the Humax system information menu.
State the nature of the freezing e.g. is it frozen on the menus or is it frozen when watching a programme.
State when the freezing occurs e.g. 1 minute after switching it on, e.g. starting to play a recorded programme etc etc.
State if the freezing as always happened with your Humax. If it has always happened then was it bought secondhand? Did the previous owner have an issue? If the freezing did not always occur then what happened that may have triggered the fault e.g. a retune.
State anything else that may help to identify the cause.
Also state how you have already tried to fix it
e.g. updating software to latest version
e.g. selecting default settings on the menus
e.g. Auto-retune
e.g. deleting all tv and radio channels then manually retuning to the frequencies of just one transmitter
