how can i fix my tricity bendix oven?

can anyone tell me if i can fix my oven or do i need a new one. when i turn it on the fan does go round but dosent make a sound at all. before you could hear it coming on and off when needed. there is no heat at all.

dont think it will come on , if there is no heat? i think you need a new heating element for that oven , sounds like its gone,,
