electrolux RM4207 leisure not working how can i fix it?

The fridge is getting very hot at the back which is
expected, but the fins for dispersing heat are cold.
The fridge compartment does not work at all.
There is next to no heat coming from the flue.
I only use the appliance on 12v or 240v

you need to pull it out and check the 12v and 240v elements are OK.try on gas and see if that works.flue is for gas fumes so unless on gas no heat comes out as such.
