We have checked the pump. Not blocked, spins free. Have checked the hoses, they don't seem blocked. Have run the diagnostic test for the pump and it runs fine and empties the water out. The fault code is #37. The problem started with a out of balance load. The alarm went all night before we woke up and turned off. Since then, the machine has not run the whole cycle.
