Not an easy job..there are no screws and the case just clips together. I use small screwdrivers to separate the halves but is fiddly job. I think the proper way is to squeeze in one half whilst levering the other. Whilst removing try to push in the battery contacts through the case so that it comes apart a bit more easily. The earpiece connects by a couple of spring contacts.
