All the lights on the main panel are on and I cannot get the machine to work no matter what I do. I have tried holding the press pause button down for 3 seconds and the stop start button and pause button together to no avail. It happened once before and I was told to add separate rinse aid, salt and powder instead of combined. This did work for a few weeks and now it has gone again. Of course I am out of warranty. Can anyone help?
