how can I fix my washing machine?

I have a siemens washing machine model type simawat 5030 and I need to replace the shock absorbers. what is the procedure to replace these shock absorbers and do I need to replace them both if only one of them is faulty? . thank you in advance

just undo the retainer at the drum end and base end, replace the one thats worn that should do but check for water leaks as they are not prone to wear unless water makes its way onto shock
