how can i fix my polti vaporreta steam cleaner?

There is no power and I have changed the fuse but the plug and lead are one sealed unit - how can this be fixed please?

There appeared to be a leak in the tank. The lights flashed and I switched off the iron . When I moved the tank there appeared to be a leak. Can thsi be fixed?
