Undo the screws at the very bottom of the inside of the door which releases the bottom seal. Undo some of the screws on the inside of the open door that hold the front panel - but do not undo the long screws that hold the button panel. The flat door cover extracts from the outside of the door and access to the bottom seal is easy. The bottom of the frame when extracting the seal is razor sharp as you will probably try to wipe it clean after the seal is removed. Push the new seal (obtained online) into place and insert screws back to hold it in place. Replace the front panel and replace scews. Job done and money saved from a call out fee.
