a red light came up on saying the freezer was at high temperature, the fridge showed it was ok. i checked the food inside the freezer and it was defrosted on the top shelf and beginning to defrost on the 2nd shlef down. the rest of the 2 compartments was ok. i moved the food out and switched it off to defrost. when i switched it back on again over 6 hours later the fridge nor the freezer is now working at all.
