Zanussi jetsystem 1200 will not dry?

I have a Zanussi jetsystem 1200 and it will not dry error code e10 has appeared on it and it gets stuck on 2 mins - any ideas

E10 is a water fill error.a dryer must have water running through the condenser tank all the time to make it dry correctly.This could be a faulty dryer inlet valve or a blockage in the dryer hose/conveyor outlet tube
