Eurosec cp8l?

My alarm says can't set use 4667 and now says lockout,

I've tried returning it to factory settings as per engineers manual but no joy,I've tried and tried again but it simply won't default. There's no mention of any specific equipment needed in the manual and all appears straight forward.

The customer is getting restless now and this is my second visit attempt to default,

Thought I'd ask you guys on here.I know that defaulting is not given out on here, maybe I've missed something?.

Cheers and thanks

Its easy, either get the anti code, I have the generator but not giving it out for obvious reasons.
Read the manual about "locked" codes. This will tell him why he cannot reboot the panel.
Or get a new panel.

But TWO visits?
I would have it sussed on visit one.

Agreed on your prognosis.

Me have ADE hand held jobbie somewhere, used it on accentas and karizmas but don't know much about this guys panel Alarm,

Suppose one could use laptop running generator software?

Just read through engineering for this guys panel and it's simple, this guys no more an engineer than i'am a brain surgeon :D.

Don't bother with it and fit one of your own panels.....simple!!!

And IF you have done as you say and it does not reboot to factory, read the page about "locking".

Ya outta luck.
You need a new one or the old "Engineer" back.

To the lads, who else has the anti code generator :D

Is it yours or a customers?

An alarm "engineer" asking questions like this on a public forum?

Is this April? Have I been in hibernation?
