how do you change a battery on a advantage zx6 house alarm?

alarm keeps going off when there is a power cut. I am going to put a new battery in and see if that stops the problem.

If it don't then it's a bin job...and buy a good replacement panel,you're lucky it's lasted this long, these things along with the A1 omnicroms are rubbish mate.

better still don't waste your money on a new battery,buy a good graded panel.

it will!!turn mains power off,open the alarm unit,take out old battery,replace with same type.close the panel,turn mains back on,press reset or key in your pin number ,put date on the battery so you will know in future how long its been in the panel
