My Zune is frozen on the main selection screen. I have tried reseting it but it doesnt reply. After a while the screen goes blank and does not respond unless I move the lock button back and forth but then it is frozen once again. I have even opened it up and disconnected the battery for a while but that did not help either. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
