How can I Bypass oven clock?

Can anyone tell me how to bypass the clock on my Beko oven model OIF 21300, TIA

usually there is a relay on the timer.It is about an inch by inch by half inch in size.somewhere near it will be 2 wires.connect those together to bypass timer.
