no hot water and no heat downstairs, pressure at 2.8 bar?

we have ideal logic 30 combi and the pressure dropped so wasfilled to now 2.8 bar. we now have no heat in the radioters downstairs and no hot water?

reduce pressure to around 1.3bar. u can do this by taking water out the radiator air vents. then u may need to turn it off and back on again
