where do i get some new leads,for scantronic 9427?

scantronic 9427,the man who connected my alarm never fitted the battery.now its gone wrong.we noticed there are no leads,it;s on but i can't put the code in,because it can't remember it .can i get some new leads.

So the incompetent person that fitted the panel removed the battery leads and ignored the importance of battery backup,

Shocking,

9427 is the keypad not the model of the endstation,

Look on the brightside though as it will always remember 1234 as a user code :),

Seriously mate get an "engineer" in who can sort this bodge up,and what other wrong doings, this guy has created.any engineer shouldn't have any issues making up a set of leads.
