M Reg Ford Mondeo 1.8?

Heater blower not working on any setting, have checked fuses,and relays. Switch is connected ok.. any other places to be checked

try the heater resistor located under the dash at the passenger side[PROVIDED IT'S RIGHT HAND DRIVE]
they go open circuit.
