I have a scantronic 9427 that's in need of some attention.

We tried to set it as normal but it doesn't seem to recognise my code anymore,but after several tries the alarm went off and now we can't stop it ringing.
Can anyone tell me how to disconnect it as it's been ringing on and off for the last hour or so?

Sounds like its going to need a new battery for the control panel and most likely a reprogram.

Try entering 1234 into the key pad.

If it doesn't silence the bells then come back and we try something else.....don't open up the panel for any reason until you've isolated it's mains power.
