If the pressure only drops when boiler has been in use then chances are your expansion vessel requires repressurising, also with this fault the pressure will rapidly rise whilst ch is on, the pressure may exceed 3 bar

the water must be going somewhere is it leaking outside through the prv (pressure relive valve). if so fix the problem and look into what caused the problem
