where can I buy bearings for Glowworm micron 50 ff?

my boiler is noisy , it was tinkered with and I was advised the bearings are 'gone'.
I have been looking on-line but without luck
Where can I buy bearings to replace them as the fans seems quite pricey

I have that problem got gas man to replace some part but it soon broke now its defo bearings and I don't wanna buy new fan HELP !!
