how to fix zanussi timeline1600 washing machine?

the machine displays E20 after washing for an hour.
Also the drain cycle only shows 2 mins

E20 is a draining issue.Have you checked the filter and hoses.Also shine a torch in to the filter housing once filter has been removed and check that the drain pump impeller rotates freely using a long screwdriver.other than that you are looking at a faulty drain pump or pcb issue
