I have an Indesit washing machine. It has been stored for 18 months. Now I need to use it I'm finding it won't work. When first turned on all the display panel lights flashed on. So I turned the plug off and on hoping this would re set it. However it won't power up at all. I have checked the power supply is ok. I have the machine plumbed ok. I have checked the fuse to the machine too. Any suggestions before I invest in a new machine?

has it been out in the damp/cold?.Did you bring it in and allow it time to warm up and dry out before plugging it in.My worry here is the pcb has gone bang in which case might as well cut your losses and buy a new one
