How to fix a Crane & Viceroy radio controlled watch?

Having had a new battery fitted to my radio controlled Crane & Viceroy watch, I am unable to calibrate the hands. The digital readings are correct. I have followed the instructions but nothing works - the analogue watch is 55 mins slow!
