How can I adjust temperatureon Samsung Cool n Cool fridge/freezer?

Our freezer is registering temperature of -24 and the fridge is reading 2 degrees I would like to set these at recommended temperatures of -19 and 4 degrees fro fridge but am unable to adjust temperature . Please help
