my daf cf 85 430 2002 cranks but does not start if displaying 2 2 on screen?

cranks but does not start if shows 2 2 on screen but once i disconet battery terminals and conect for several time till displays 1 3 then starts what may they problem be ?......

needs dealer diagnostics.. your number on the screen is just to say you have a fault along with the relevant warning ie engine ...though am reading between the lines as your explanation isn't great
