You've probably chucked it out by now if not fixed. Most likely the drain pump needs replacing (electrical contacts may have become wet or it's impeller rubber may have become loose on its shaft) - it's underneath the dishwasher, above the flood tray. Be careful not to break the flood detecting switch when removing the tray.
