Have taken this apart and had a good look. Motor running. Belt in tact and on properly, but belt won't turn when you turn it on, hence, the blade won't turn. Any ideas?

the belt might be too slack, it may need adjusting by moving the motor / drive pulley away from the driven pulley. There are slots, you have to slacken screws push it away and hold it in position while you tighten them.

If there is no more adjustment you'll need a new belt.
