ariston microgenus 28 he?

The fuse on the PCB keeps blowing I got a new PCB and it still blows a fuse. has anybody got any ideas?

Could be pump or fan ,replace new fuse dis connect pump wire from PCB and start if no fuse blow pump faulty same you do with fan
