electric cooker?

have a hotpoint invensys slot in cooker .the timer works but no oven or fan operating. ran seperate feed to fan and it works. checked elements for continuity and all ok. could it be control switch?

Don't know model but safety stat open circuit,faulty switch or faulty thermostat.if electronic then pcb?
