Can now make it take on water but then it pumps out without doing anything. It has been in store for sometime and moved a number of times.

Dont recognize p210 but usually if stored for a period of time the water seal in the washpump can dry out and stick preventing the motor from turning. If so you need to get to the back of the motor and turn the shaft to release the seal. If not this, the capacitor for the motor can fail when stored for a period of time . Cheers
