how to fix zanussi washing machine ZWF12380w?

my machine does not seem to take the fabric softner and there is water on the floor I have cleaned the filters and nothing seems to be blocked any ideas please. Its a zanussi washing machine 7 kg 1200 spin.

My washing machine is taking lock can't remove the lock

pull the soap draw out of the machine.remove the bit that says MAX on it and under there is some tubes.unblock those of gunk
