When I press a programmed PLU # then the PLU key on the first item of any transaction, the alarm rings steady. I hit clear key and continue with additional items, no problem. This ONLY happens on the first item on any transaction that uses a PLU. All other PLU entrys in a transaction go through with no alarm and no manual price entries do this at any time.
